Fairly clean hotel, exceptionally comfortable beds, excellent breakfasts and fantastically friendly staff. The room was brand-new with a huge bath. Amazing service here. Plus their wifi was free. That was beautiful property set in good area, just next door to highway, stores and restaurants. I did n't expect to find Carl's Jr close by, but I loved it and had a few meals.

Perfect location for visiting Colorado Springs, it's near highway, movie theater and restaurants, the Broadmoor World Arena and stores.

functional and fairly large hotel. everyone from the staff was absolutely charming, and we had lovely communication. our room was cozy and convenient. best possible location, 10 minutes' walk to world arena.

The staff and cleanliness were beautiful, we liked this just right hotel. It was across the excellent area. An enjoyable stay with a nice swimming pool.

Fabulous hotel facilities, awesome breakfast and absolutely incredible staff. The room was quite newly renovated and huge. Walking distance to the clean beach.

It made our trip to Colorado Springs a REALLY NICE experience. Beautifully kept hotel, we loved it. We used free WiFi throughout the property a lot.

Would come here again, it was a very nice stay. The location is great, the breakfast is also good. There was Smoothie King, max 15 mins walk to, truly enjoyed their meals...
